Where customers see their store credits and expiration dates

Customers who earn store credits should be able to easily see their current balance and expiration dates. Below are the key touchpoints to show this information.

Show Store Credit History block on Profile page.

When customers sign in and open Customer Account → Profile, they can view:

Current store credit balance
Transaction history with expiration dates for each credit

Notify them whenever there is new credit added

You can set up Email notification that send to the customers everytime a new credit transaction is completed. There are some different options:

Send new credit notifications using Koin default email

Send credit notification email with Shopify Email

Send credit notification email with Klaviyo

Reminders for upcoming expirations

Send reminders when credits are about to expire to prompt timely use.

For Example: If a customer has credits expiring in 7 days, you can send an automated reminder and encourage them to use it before it's gone.
