Create Cashback program

Koin offers two types of credit programs: Cashback Program and Custom Program.

The Cashback Program is the default option that issues credits for all orders. You can configure the credit rate based on either the order amount or specific products.
The Custom Program allows you to issue credits based on specific conditions, such as minimum order value, selected collections, customer segments, submitted reviews, and more.

This is the instruction to set up a default Cashback program.

On this tab, you will be able to set up both Product Campaign and Order Campaign. However, only one of them can be activated at a time.

Cashback by order: The credit amount will be calculated based on Order subtotal
Cashback by product: The credit amount will be calculated based on each Product price.

The Amount of Store Credit: It can be a fixed amount or a certain percentage of the product prices / order total value. This setting follows the store's default currency. It will automatically convert, apply for other currencies.
With Cashback by order Mode, if you choose percentage, you can set up Maximum store credit buyers receive PER ORDER
Expiration date: This setting determines how long a credit transaction remains valid. For example, if set to 30, the credit will stay on the customer’s account for 30 days from the issue date. After that, it will expire if unused.
Delay issue credit: An amount of days to be delayed before rewarding store credit to the customers.
Campaign scheduling: Set up Start date and End date for the Campaign. The Time here is using Store Timezone on your Shopify Settings.
Applying to sales channel: Since Credit can work on Online Store and Point of Sale, you can decide which channel you want to activate Store Credit.
Display settings: You can change the message showing on the store here.

Do not change {koin_amount} because it is a variable that we use to show the Credit amount.

Save the setting and the Campaign will be active.
If you already set up the Campaign, the app will show Manage button instead of Create, along with the toggle to easily turn on/off later

In most themes, after this step, the Koin widgets will be automatically embedded into the product page and order page, located above the Buy buttons.
