Follow the steps below to add the store credit notification banner to your Shopify store's order status page:

Step 1: Access Checkout Settings

Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Settings > Select the Checkout tab.
In the Configurations section, click on the Customize button.

Step 2: Open the Order Status Page Editor

In the Shopify theme editor, select the Order status page from the available options.

Step 3: Add the Store Credit Notification Banner

Click on Add app block.
Choose the Store Credit Notification Banner from the available app blocks.
Drag and drop the banner to your desired section on the page.

Step 4: Save Changes

After positioning the banner, click Save to apply the changes.

Your store credit notification banner is now set up and will display on the order status page as configured.

Store credit is activated on your store by default. You can manage whether to display store credit as a payment method from the Customer accounts settings of your Shopify admin.

To manage whether store credit displays as a payment method, a staff member must have the Store credit staff permission. Learn more about managing staff accounts.

A. Enable Koin in your Theme Settings

After installing the app to your store, you will need to enable it from your Theme Editor. On the app Dashboard, click on this button to be redirected and finish the step.

Or simply visit **Themes **> Customize > App Embeds > turn on the app toggle.

B. Create campaigns

Visit Campaigns > on Cashback tab > click **Create. **
Choose the Cashback Mode you want: || On this tab, you will be able to set up both Product Campaign and Order Campaign. However, only one of them can be activated at a time.

How Koin calculates the Store Credit

1. Can I offer both credit by products and credit by order at the same time?

No that's not possible.

While setting the campaign, you will be able to choose Cashback by order or Cashback by Product. However, only one of them can be activated at a time to avoid overusing.

2. Can I offer credit as a percentage?

Yes, you can set the Credit amount as a percentage of the order/products or a fixed amount. Especially, with percentage, you can set the maximum amount to avoid big credit amount.

3. Koin considers Discounted Price or Original prices? How about Shipping Fees?

Koin will consider After-Discounted subtotal. Meanwhile, it will not calculate Shipping Fee and VAT.

For example, in 2 orders below, I set the Cashback by order as 10%. Koin will take into account the discounted subtotal: $337, and the credit amount for this order is $33.7. The VAT and Shipping Fee won't be added.
